Kolkata May 7 (IANS) West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi was on Sunday admitted to a hospital after he bled from the nose in the morning but is now stable.

The 82-year-old leader was admitted to Belle Vue Clinic.

He was brought to Belle Vue Clinic after he suddenly bled from the nose. He is now stable. He is under observation a hospital spokesman told IANS.

A five-member medical team has been formed for his treatment.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh called up Tripathi and enquired about his health wishing him speedy recovery.

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also enquired about the Governor s health.
