11 killed in MP road accident
Jabalpur May 11 (IANS) At least 11 persons were killed and 15 injured in a road accident here in Madhya Pradesh police said.
According to official sources workers from the Forest Department were being taken to collect Tendu leaves from Tilwara to Chargawan area around 1 a.m. on Thursday when the driver lost control of the vehicle which crashed into a culvert and fell into a channel near Jamuniya village.
The injured are being treated at Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital here. All the workers belonged to Maharashtra police said.
