Woman stabbed in Delhi

New Delhi July 6 (IANS) A 21-year-old woman was stabbed by a man on Wednesday evening police said adding the reason for the attack was yet to be ascertained.
The incident happened at around 5.30 p.m. in Ramnagar area of east Delhi and the woman in under going treatment in a hospital said Deputy Commissioner of Police Nupur Sharma.
The officer said the accused Adil 22 is absconding and added that the motive is yet to be ascertained.
Police said that the incident happened near the woman s house and it was passersby who informed police.
