Criminal with Rs 50,000 reward held
New Delhi July 13 (IANS) A 29-year-old criminal carrying a bounty of Rs 50 000 on his head has been arrested here police said on Thursday.
A pistol five cartridges and a stolen motorcycle were seized from Sunil Raj 29 of Delhi after his arrest from Sangam Vihar in south Delhi on Wednesday Deputy Commissioner of Police Ishwar Singh said.
A trap was laid for Sunil Raj near Bandh Road in Sangam Vihar but he fled on his two-wheeler and also fired shots at the police police said.
He was chased and subsequently overpowered the DCP added.
