Five run over by train in Rajasthan

Jaipur Aug 6 (IANS) Five persons were fatally run over by a train and one was injured on Sunday at Sawai Madhopur railway station over 170 km from here.
"The accident occurred when some passengers while alighting from the Jaipur-Bayana passenger train were hit by Garbha Superfast Express train speeding along on the parallel track on Sunday afternoon " a police official said.
"The victims were getting down on the railway tracks instead of the platform on the other side of the train " the official said.
The authorities are trying to identify the victims.
