Maoist camp destroyed in Jharkhand

Ranchi Sep 21 (IANS) A Maoist camp was destroyed in Jharkhand s West Singhbhum district on Thursday and a Maoist supporter arrested police said.
A joint team of the state police and CRPF personnel detected the camp situated in Porahaat jungle area.
Rifles mortar live cartridges and a huge quantity of explosives including 10 bombs codex wire and an electronic detonator among other things were recovered.
The Maoist guerrillas managed to escape and a search operation is on to arrest them said police.
