Argentine first division match delayed by bomb threat

Buenos Aires Jan 29 (IANS) An Argentine first division football match between Huracan and River Plate was delayed almost two hours after a bomb scare.
The Tomas Duco stadium in Buenos Aires was evacuated around an hour before the scheduled 7.15 p.m. kick-off following a threatening telephone call officials said on Sunday reports Xinhua news agency.
Authorities spent almost two hours searching the venue before giving permission for the match to go ahead.
"Huracan s stadium has been given the all-clear ... finally the game will start at 9.10 p.m. " River Plate said on Twitter.
The match is part of the 13th round of Argentina s Superliga season which resumed this week after a month-long summer recess.
