Spain players, fans arrive in Kazan ahead of crucial Iran match

Kazan (Russia) June 19 (IANS) A handful of fans dressed in red and yellow gathered outside a hotel in Kazan to catch a glimpse of players from Spain s national team who arrived in the Russian city on Tuesday.
Spain will play its second World Cup match of the FIFA 2018 World Cup campaign against current Group B leader Iran reports Efe.
Spain was held to a 3-3 draw in its opening game against Portugal thanks to a sublime last-minute free-kick by Real Madrid star forward Cristiano Ronaldo who bagged a hat-trick on the night.
The likes of captain Sergio Ramos goalie David de Gea and midfielder Andres Iniesta who were all seen heading into their hotel in Kazan will look to gain some traction in the group stages with a win over Iran on Wednesday evening.
