Nuremberg sign Bayern s youngster Tillman on loan
Berlin July 3 (IANS) Newly promoted Nuremberg have signed Bayern Munich talent Timothy Tillman on loan for one season both Bundesliga clubs confirmed.
"We have of course closely followed Timothy s path in recent years. He is a very elegant player technically gifted and equipped with a good overview " Nuremberg s sporting director Andreas Bornemann said reports Xinhua news agency.
Germany s Under-19 international made 31 appearances for Bayern s second team and provided six goals and seven assists.
"In 2008 I almost joined the club. It is very nice that it worked out now. I hope I can contribute my part to a successful year here " Tillman told the club s official homepage on Monday.
Nuremberg have sealed their eighth top-flight promotion which is a Bundesliga record after finishing on the second place of the Bundesliga 2 table last season.
