Dutch referee Bjorn Kuipers to oversee Bara vs Juventus Champions League tie

Barcelona April 17 (IANS) Dutch football referee Bjorn Kuipers will oversee Wednesday s Champions League quarter-final s second leg between Barcelona and Juventus at Camp Nou stadium it was confirmed on Monday.

Juventus defeated Barcelona 3-0 in the first leg at the Juventus stadium in Turin reports Efe. Barcelona s last match refereed by Kuipers who earned his international status in 2006 was on September 16 2015 when the Spanish club drew 1-1 against Roma in the Champions League group stage.

The Champions League quarter-final between Monaco and Borussia Dortmund will be refereed by Slovenia s Damir Skomina.

Monaco won their first leg away game 3-2 at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund one day after the bomb attack on the home team s bus.
