Foggy Monday morning in Delhi

New Delhi :It was a foggy Monday morning here with the minimum temperature settling at 11 degrees Celsius, the weather office said. The sky would remain partly cloudy in the day with the maximum temperature likely to hover around 21 degrees Celsius, an official of India Meteorological Department said. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 100 per cent. Sundays maximum temperature settled at 23.2 degrees Celsius, four notches above the seasons average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.3 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average for this time of the year. -Agency
