Banarasi Aloo Gobi

Ingredients :
1 cup - gobi, chopped
3-4 - potato, cut into small pieces
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
1 - onion , chopped
1 - green chilli, sliced
1 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 -2 - chopped tomato
Salt to taste
Oil
1 tsp - lemon juice
Kasuri Methi
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 cup - gobi, chopped

1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 -2 - chopped tomato
Salt to taste
Oil
1 tsp - lemon juice
Kasuri Methi
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
In a wok heat oil, crackle cumin seeds and mustard seeds for a minute.
Add chopped onion and green chilli and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes.
Now add chopped gobi and potatoes. Mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala and Mix. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
Then add chopped tomatoes and lemon juice. Cook until All vegetable cooked completely. Add water if needed
Add kasuri methi and mix.
Turn off the flame, garnish sabji with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with puri.
