Ingredients:
4 – 6 – Green Banana, peeled and sliced
Oil
Sea Salt - to taste
 1 tsp – red chilli powder
1/4 tsp – chaat masala
Water

  Method:

Put banana slices into a solution of water mix with salt and turmeric and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
Then drain banana slices properly.
In a wok heat oil, first check hotness of oil by putting one slice of banana. If its fry well then fry rest banana slices accordingly.
Fry the slices until golden and crisp.
Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess water.
Repeat with the rest of the slices.
Sprinkle slices with chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder .
Enjoy the crispy, crunchy banana chips!!!

  For baking :

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with paper and set aside.
Place banana slices onto the baking tray.
Cook banana chips for 3 hours, for even baking, flip the slices halfway through the cooking time.
Allow to cool, and mix salt and pepper and enjoy.
