Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup - heavy cream
2 tbsp - sugar powder
6 - ice cream sandwiches
1 cup - chocolate chips, crushed
1 cup - heavy cream
2 tbsp - sugar powder
6 - ice cream sandwiches
1 cup - chocolate chips, crushed
Method:
Beat cream and sugar in a bowl.Beat until stiff peaks form. Keep aside
Line an 8½-by-4½-inch loaf pan with a piece of wax paper or parchment, allowing the paper to hang over both long sides.
Arrange 3 of the sandwiches in a single layer. Spread whipped cream as required and keep rest for other layer.
Repeat with the remaining sandwiches and whipped cream.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top of the cake.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
Carefully lift the cake out of the pan and transfer to a platter.
Discard the paper and serve.
