Ingredients:
 250 gms - cottage cheese (paneer),shredded
1 cup - cornflour
1 cup - cauliflower, chopped boiled
1/2 cup - cabbage, chopped, boiled
1 - carrot, boiled
3-4 - green chillies, chopped
1 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp - garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 - capsicum, cut into slices
1 - onion, chopped
1 cup - spring onions, finely chopped
Soya sauce
Red chilli sauce
Tomato Sauce
1/4  - tsp ajinomoto
White pepper powder
1/2 tsp - crushed black peppercorns
1/2 tsp - Vinegar
Salt to taste
Oil

  Method: 

In a bowl mix required cornflour, shredded panner, salt, green chilli, boiled cauliflower, carrot and cabbage.
Mix all ingredients well. Divide mixture and shape them into a round balls.
Heat oil in a wok - fry all balls until golden and crisp.
Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
In another pan heat 2 tsp oil, add chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, soya sauce, tomato sauce, Vinegar,red chilli sauce. Saute for a minute.
Then add white pepper, ajinomoto, red chilli powder, salt and saute for a minute.
Meanwhile in a bowl dissolve cornflour with water and mix well.
Add this cornflour and water mixture into the gravy pan.
Add more required water. cook till the sauce thickens.
Now add fried balls and mix well.
Add spring onions, black pepper and cook for a minutes on medium flame.
Adjust gravy as per taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!!
