Ingredients:
1/2 kg - potatoes
100 gm - paneer, shredded
2-3 - onion paste
2-3 - whole dry red chilli
1 cup- fresh tomato puree
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup - mashed potatoes
2 tsp - garam masala
1 1/2 tsp - kasoori methi
1/2 - crushed black pepper
Oil/Ghee
Butter
1/2 cup - cream
1 tsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - honey
Coriander leaves for garnishing
        Method :
Heat ghee in a pan add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, whole dry red chilli and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then add tomato puree, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt.
Cook for 10-15  minutes on medium flame or until oil separation stage.
Meanwhile deep fry the potatoes. First make hole in the middle of the potatoes and then deep fry it.
In another bowl mix mashed potatoes and paneer together. Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
While the potatoes cool down stuff the filling of mashed potatoes and paneer together. Stuff with the filling and keep aside.
Add the fried stuff potatoes in the masala and stir in the honey, butter, lemon juice and the cream. Mix well.
Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
Add kasuri methi and adjust gravy by adding water (if needed).
Cook for 5 more minutes  and turn off the flame.
Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
Serve hot
