Pineapple & Nuts Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cup - Flour
- 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
- 2 - Eggs
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 tsp - Baking soda
- 1 cup - Crushed pineapple
- 1 cups - Nuts
- In a bowl mix flour , eggs, vanilla essence, sugar , baking soda, crushed pineapple, nuts and mix well.
- Pour into cake pan. Bake at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it to cool.
- Serve and enjoy!!
