Rapper Kanye West has left the UCLA Medical Center after more than a week of hospitalisation for his mental breakdown.West left the hospital on Wednesday, reports tmz.com.West is now at home with his wife Kim Kardashian and their children. He is still not completely fine. The rapper will need ongoing psychological and medical treatment following his reported "nervous breakdown".Details on his hospitalisation have not yet been released, with reports ranging from extreme paranoia to exhaustion.-WTN
