Fans freaked when Lady Gaga took the stage on ‘The X Factor’  and thats not just only  because it was an amazing performance however also for - about her seemingly different face! A plastic surgeon tells HollywoodLife.com  what he thinks.Could Lady Gaga, 30, have had plastic surgery?! Fans were losing their minds  when she showed up to perform on The X Factor, because something about her face was a little, um, different. Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Dr. McCoy Moretz tells HollywoodLife.com what he thinks she may have done to get her new look.“Lady Gaga looks as though she may have had a non-surgical nose job,” said Dr. Moretz. “This would involve fillers, such Juvederm or Radiesse, and Botox. The Botox can be used to lift the tip of the nose, and the fillers can be used to smooth irregular contours. Overall, her nose looks better.”Whoa! So it sounds like it’s uunlikelyy that Gaga actually went under the knife, though she looked so normal at Victorias fashion night. We wonder how come so quick on change of appearance. -WTN
