Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredient:

Mushrooms - 400 grams
Capsicum - 175 grams
Black pepper dry - 2 tbsp
Fennel - 2 tsp
Coconut oil - 60 ml
Rye - 1 tsp
Onions - 220 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 10-12
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander - for garnishing


Method:

First, mix black pepper and fennel in a grinder and grind them thoroughly.

Heat coconut oil in a vessel and add mustard in it. Now put onion, fry well. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

Now add mushrooms and mix well and cook for 7-10 minutes. Then add capsicum and cook it for 3-5 minutes.

After this, add green chilli and curry leaves and fry it well. Now add turmeric and mix well.

After this add coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Your recipe is ready, garnish it with Coriander.
