Women-Child Development Minister Chitnis on Indonesia Tour

Bhopal: State government's team led by Woman and Child Development Minister Archana Chitnis will be on tour to Indonesia between January 29 and 31. The team will study activities being run by women groups for women empowerment and economic independency. This tour programme has been arranged by Asia Pacific Division of International Fund for Agriculture Development for exchange of experience and information in southern countries. This international agency is working with women groups under Tejasvani programme of Directorate of Women Empowerment in Madhya Pradesh. Chitnis will meet National Planning and Development Minister of Indonesia during the visit. Commissioner Women Empowerment Jaishree Kiyavat and Additional Director Women Empowerment Seema Singh are part of the team.
