Applications Invited From Victimised Women for Vocational Training

Bhopal: Vocational training will be provided to the victmised women under the Chief Minister Women Empowerment Scheme. Applications have been invited from such women.

Applications can be submitted by dowry abused, acid victims, burn victims, rape victims, women saved from maltreatment, living below poverty line, women released from jails, separated women, divorcees and women residing in government and non government shelter homes beside anurakshan Grahs.

Maximum age for women of general category has been fixed as 40 years whereas maximum age limit of 45 years for divorcees, separated, scheduled caste - tribe, backward class women has been fixed for the training.

Under the Scheme, training related to pharmacy, nursing, nanny, midwife, ward attender, beautician, short term management course (Cooking/Banking), I.T.I, polytechnic, hospitality, hotel, event management, laboratory assistant, B.Ed/D.Ed. will be imparted.

Women interested in training can obtain application forms free of cost from District Women empowerment offices and women and child development offices located at block headquarters. It is mandatory to provide information like name, residential address, father/husband name, date of birth, caste, BPL No., category of distress, educational qualification and trade in which she is interested and mobile number with the application.-WTN
