1 brown sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 measure Grand Marnier
Champagne, to top up orange zest twist, to decorate
Drop the sugar cube into a chilled champagne flute and shake the Angostura bitters over it.
Add the Grand Marnier and stir briefly. Top up with champagne and decorate with an orange zest twist.
