Spicy prawns in a dry seaweed masala

Ingredient:

 1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp  seeds
1/2 tsp  turmeric
1/3 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp sea salad
200g cooked peeled king prawns
 lemon wedges, to garnish
salt to Test 

Method:
 Heat a non-stick wok over a high heat until it is very hot. Pour the olive oil into the wok and heat until it is almost smoking – this should take no more than 1 minute.
 
Add the cumin seeds and cook until they start popping – this should take no longer than 1  minute. Sprinkle in the turmeric and chilli powder and mix well. Add the sea salad, mixing it thoroughly into the spices.
 

Throw the prawns in, mix well and stir-fry until heated through. Season to taste with salt, if desired.

  Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with pilau.
