Shahid Kapoor fee hike reaches 40 Cr. after Kabir Singh success

WTN- Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor must be in ninth cloud these days. Shahid is in happy mood with the tremendous success of Kabir Singh. With this success, he has increases his fees to 40 crores. Surprisingly actor hiked too high which is beyond the expectation. As earlier Bollywood pundits has predicted fee hike to 30 crore. But Shahid jumps 10 steps ahead which is more than expected. So far, he used to charge 10 to 15 crores for a film.
Recently he was approached for another Telugu film Jersey. Shahid has asked for 40 crores fee for this film. Jersey is the story of a cricketer, who re-straps to make his place in the cricket team. This is an emotional story. Film got huge response in their Telugu version. Also, it was highly appreciated by film critics as well. If the makers consider Shahid's demand, then this film will be Shahid's second Telugu Hindi remake.

After release, Kabir Singh has earned Rs. 270 crores in a month. Apart from this, the film has joined the group of the top-earning 5 films this year.
