Bhopal: State Minister for General Administration Lal Singh Arya said that the state government has given a big gift to the government servants in the form of the seventh pay scale. He said that the budget has taken care of all categories. Arya said that by making adequate provision for the welfare of the backward classes and the minority, the state government has proved that it was leading in ‘Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas’.-WTN
