Let us know that the Rail Madad app of Railways is linked to NTES, PRS, UTS, and ICMS. If you want to use the Rail Madad app, first of all, download this app on your smartphone. After downloading the Rail Madad app, you will have to sign up for it. To sign up in the app, you have to register your name in it. At the same time, you will also have to create a password for it. After confirming the password, you will have to enter your mobile number or email ID in it. After filling all this information, an OTP will appear on your mobile number or email ID. After entering this OTP, you will be registered in this app. 

Now for any kind of complaint, you have to log in to the Rail Madad app. To login to the app, you will need a mobile number or email ID and password. After logging to this app, you will have many options for the complaint. Here, after choosing one of the options of the sub-complaints, a few options will come. After choosing both these options, you can write your complaint in the complaint description. After writing the complaint, you will have to enter your PNR number or then UTS number. Not only this, but you can also attach a photo or file with the complaint lodged. After doing this whole process, you have to press the submit button. 

You can also get real-time feedback on your complaint after registering your complaint on the Rail Madad app. For your information, let us know that with the help of the Rail Madad app, you can complain about any inconvenience caused by the train as well as at the station, or you can give any kind of advice. Railway claims that complaints received through the Rail Madad app will be acted upon immediately so that passengers do not get any chance of complaint, and they do not face any kind of trouble in the train and at the station. For your information, let us know that those traveling with a general ticket can also lodge a complaint with the help of this app, but for this, their ticket should be booked through the UTS app.
