MARCH 06 (WTN) - The grand finale was the same colorful as the great opening was. Yes, the same happened in the Inter College Festival SAMAGAM-2020 organized by PIMR (People's Institute of Management & Research) affiliated to People's University. From the Rangoli contests to fashion walks and from dance competitions to business planning quiz, students competed with enthusiasm in every competition. In addition to the affiliated institutes of Peoples University in the two-day Inter College Festival SAMAGAM-2020, students of many colleges in Bhopal city participated in various competitions and introduced all of their talents. Dr. Reenu Yadav, Mrs.India International, choreographer Rahul Sharma, and Naman Joshi were present as judges for the Fashion Walk and Dance Competition on the last day of the Inter College Festival SAMAGAM-2020.

 

A number of competitions were held at the SAMAGAM-2020, and in this, the students proved their skills by how much talent they had. The Crescent Resort and Club was the main sponsor of the Inter College Festival SAMAGAM-2020 organized by PIMR. The festival was also sponsored by Elysian Tattoos, Kuber Dairy (Karond), People's Udipi Corner, and People's World. The radio partner of the festival was RED FM 93.5, and the online media partner was Window to News. The winner of the Rangoli competition 'Rang ki Phulwari' was Vikas Jatav, a student of Hamidia Arts and Commerce College. The winners of the Mehndi competition 'Kusharang Hina' were C. Sangita and Ankita Dhurve of Oriental College. The winners of the face painting competition 'Bolta Face' were Srishti Dhoke and Nandni Chaurasia of PCPS (People's College of Medical Sciences and Research). Talk about photography competition Vivid Snaps, the winner of this competition was Aman Shukla of PIMS (People's Institute of Media Studies).

 

The winners of the quiz competition 'Mind Zone Delinquent' were Siddhant and Varshika of UIT RGVP. The winners of the 100 RUPEE Venture event were Mayank, Sonal, Sanjeevani, and Ayush, students of SISTec (Sagar Institute of Science & Technology). The winners of the Funny Ad-Mad Show were the students of SHIM (Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management), Sejal, Vinci, Aditi, Richa, and Chanchal. The opportunity to win the Treasure Hunt Movers & Trackers competition was achieved by the students of TIT (Technocrats Group of Institutions) college Apoorva, Aman, Anshika, Akshay, Govinda, and Vikas.

 

Roshni, Shalini, Nandini, and Aditi, the students of SHIM College, were the winners in the Idea Holic (Business Plan). At the same time, the winners of the Marketing Quiz were declared to Akhilesh and Shivangi, the students of Oriental College. In the one-minute quiz show Jo Jita Wahi Sikandar, PIMS students Jai and Ashish got the first position. On the last day of the SAMAGAM-2020, Rohit Mehra of MKPC (MK Ponda College of Business and Management) College won the Solo Dance Competition Jhankar. At the same time, in the group dance competition, Manvi Sharma and group of PIMS became the winner by beating the hearts of all.

 

A fashion walk was also organized on the last day of SAMAGAM-2020, in which students won the hearts of all by their catwalk. Aman Bhardwaj of Sathya Sai College became the winner in the fashion walk organized on the Bollywood theme as Mr. Bollywood. At the same time, SHIM student Neelam Hirani won the title of Miss Bollywood due to her performance and superior answers. At the same time, SHIM got the title of the Over-All Champion in the SAMAGAM-2020.

 

In this inter college festival organized by the PIMR, Akhilesh Mittal, Dean (Academic Affairs) of Peoples University, along with PIMR faculty members Nileshwari Yadav, Marriam Khan, and Apurva Dixit successfully coordinated the entire program. On the other hand, PIMR students Neeraj, Harsha, and Bilal had commendable contributions as student coordinates. The concluding ceremony of the SAMAGAM-2020 held at the auditorium of Peoples University was successfully anchored by Fariya Ehtesham, Shweta Singh, Aman Tiwari, and Nilesh Shukla.
