And for this reason, T-cells are present in their body. According to scientists, if the T-cells born of a similar infection are protected in a new disease, then it is called cross reactivity.

However, the researchers say that it is not yet clear how much of the already existing cross reactive T-cells can be effective in protecting against Coronavirus.
