Modi Government formulates 'master plan' to teach China a lesson on the economic front
Modi Government makes 'strategy' to reduce the dependence on imports from China
AUG 04 (WTN) - The 21st century is not the century of expansionism but of the century developmentism. For this reason, almost all the countries of the world are trying to improve the lives of their citizens by walking on the path of development. But, China, a left-wing rulling country, still believes in the expansionism and has border disputes with almost all its border countries. Not only this, but the citizens in China do not even have 'the freedom of expression'. At the same time, the residents of Hong Kong are constantly accusing China that the Chinese army is 'torturing' them.
Well, as you know, China had a border dispute with India on the LAC in the East Ladakh a few days ago. After that, there was a violent skirmish between the forces of China and India, and 20 Indian soldiers were martyred in this skirmish. However, in this violent clash, the Chinese Army PLA also suffered a lot, but the Chinese leftist government 'concealed' the truth very easily.
However, since the violent clash happened over the LAC, the Modi Government has been continuously working on a strategy to financially harm China to teach China a lesson and to control China's arbitrariness and barbarity. In this context, the Modi Government has already banned 59 mobile apps from China and is also increasing import duty on the goods imported from China and taking other measures to curb imports from China.
In this context, the Modi Government is now planning to curb the import of 20 products, including air conditioners, toys, and clothing imported from China. And if the Modi Government does so, it can cause a lot of damage to Chinese businessmen. Actually, the government can make it mandatory to get a license to import these products from China. This is why, because the Modi Government wants the indigenous production of these products should.go ahead, and their manufacturing should be encouraged in the country itself.
For your information, let's know that the Modi Government has taken many restrictive measures to curb imports from China from color TV to many other products, like tires, and solar panels. Now, the government has prepared a list of 20 sector products in which manufacturing can be reduced to reduce dependence on the imports of these products from China and attract foreign investment.
According to the information, the import of 20 products from China, including furniture, leather, footwear, air conditioners, CCTV, sports goods, toys, aluminum, electric vehicles, auto components, and TV set top boxes are set to curb. And for this, a license for the import of these products from China may be necessary, while the government may also increase the import duty on them.
In fact, now, free trade agreements are misused, and cheaper goods are imported from China and sold in Indian markets. In order to prevent this, the system of licensing of the imports of some products can prove effective. It is clear that in order to teach China a lesson, the Modi Government is not only correcting the strife of China on the LAC but is also working on a strategy to hurt China on the economic front too.
