CM Chouhan unveils statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in Gotegaon

Bhopal 21 January 2021: On the occasion of the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan unveiled the statue of Netaji at Gotegaon Stadium Ground in Narsinghpur district. He also paid obeisance to Netaji and garlanded the statue.

Among those present on the occasion were Union Minister of State for Tourism and Culture (Independent Charge) Prahlad Singh Patel, Rajya Sabha MP Kailash Soni, MLA Jalam Singh Patel and public representatives including a large number of citizens were present. The porogramme started with kanya pujan.

It may be noted that all India Pro Kabaddi competition is being organized at Stadium Ground, Gotegaon on the occasion of the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The competition is being organized in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Government of India under the aegis of Sahyog Kreeda Mandal Gotegaon. Chief Minister Chouhan also encouraged the players.

Foundation of construction works of over Rs 90 crores laid

Chief Minister Chouhan performed bhoomi pujan and laid the foundation of two construction works costing Rs 90 crore 27 lakh 52 thousand. These include construction of a high-level bridge with approach road on the Shedh river, Narsinghpur Sankal Marg costing Rs 10 crore 38 lakh 99 thousand and construction work of Narsinghpur-Sankal-Gotegaon main district road costing Rs 79 crore 88 lakh 53 thousand – Window to News
