Share Happiness on cities excelling in Swachhta Survey
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was accorded a warm welcome at Gwalior for cities of the state making it to the top of the nation-wide urban cleanliness survey.
Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Urban Development and Housing Minister of the state Smt. Maya Singh offered sweets to the CM at Maharajpura Airport on his arrival on a visit to Gwalior-Bhind district. The CM also shared his happiness by distributing sweets to Union Minister Tomar and Urban Development Minister Smt. Maya Singh along with other people’s representatives.
Indore city of the state topped the cleanliness survey while Bhopal has been ranked second. Gwalior also made to the list of top 100 cities by ranking 27
There are eight cities of Madhya Pradesh among top 25 cities. There are nearly two dozens of the cities of Madhya Pradesh among the top 100 cities.-WTN
