Outline of Various Activities Should be Prepared to Promote Hindi

Bhopal: Minister for Higher Education Jaibhan Singh Pawayya said that an outline should be prepared to hold seminars, kavi sammelan and other activities in Universities and Colleges for promotion of Hindi language. He issued directives to release an academic calendar till June 30. Pawayya was presiding the Working and Management Committee meeting of Madhya Pradesh Hindi Granth Academy.

Pawayya further said that Universities and Colleges in collaboration with local administration should promote these activities. This will help developing emotional commitment of students with Hindi and creativity towards mother tongue. He mentioned that these activities and programmes will help nurturing students’ talents like writing and poem composition etc. It was deliberated in the meeting that an outline of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Samman should be prepared selecting subject wise young writers who use Hindi language for research on science and technical subjects. It was suggested that an activity for use of Bhartiya Dainandini and inspirational table calendar should be introduced in working style of educational field.

Minister Pawayya issued directives that e-tendering process should be ensured for complete transparency in printing of books in place of open tender system. He informed that programmes in the name of “Guruvay: Nama:” will be organized on Guru Purnima by the Personality Development Cell in order to develop a culture of respect towards teachers among the students in the month of July.

Moreover, Pawayya released three new books of the academy namely “Bhartiya Samvidhan Evam Raj Vyavastha”, “Hindi Vyakran Prabodh” and “Sakshaatkaar Margdarshika”. Director Academy Dr. S.B. Goswami and Principal Secretary Higher Education Ashish Upadhyay were present on the occasion.-WTN
