CCI gives nod to Samsung, HP printer biz deal
New Delhi May 10 (IANS) The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Tuesday said that it has approved the acquisition of Samsung s printer business by HP Inc.
In a tweet the CCI said: CCI_India approves acquisition of printer business of Samsung by HP Inc.
