CM Chouhan Called On by MD P&G Rajvani
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was called on by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Procter and Gamble A.I. Rajvani at Mantralaya today. Procter and Gamble will invest Rs. 1400 crore in its extended unit in Madhya Pradesh.
CM Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh has conducive atmosphere for investment. The state government is paying attention towards creation of employment through industries. He further stated that arrangements are being made for skill development of local youths to enable them to get maximum employment.
Rajvani said that Procter and Gamble will conduct a training programme in all the aaganbadis and schools of the state in order to encourage sanitary napkins.
Awareness will be generated among women and girls under this programme. Maximum employment will be provided to the local people by his industry in the extended unit. Moreover help will be provided in the education sector under the Corporate Social Responsibility, he added.
