Team of Udbhav-Shivam of Campion School becomes champion

Other teams of state to participate next year 

Bhopal: Team of Udbhav Bhargava and Shivam Chauriwar of Campion School became winner in the state's first Green Quest-2017 started by EPCO from May 2 on climate change and environment. Executive Director of EPCO Anupam Rajan gave Rs 20,000 cash award and certificate to the winner team. Rajan gave second prize of Rs 15,000 to team of Syed Samreen Ahmad - Rishi Bardaj of Sagar Public School and third prize of Rs 10000 to team of Saurabh Gupta and Tanishk Singh Rathore of Sagar Public School- Saket Nagar and consolation prize of Rs 5000 to team of Suhas Harle and Gaurav Patel, both of Jawahar Lal Nehru School.
 Rajan told that Green Quest was organized to bring sensitivity among the school children towards environment. This year, more than 400 students of 48 schools of Bhopal took part in the event. Students of other districts will participate in the contest next year. He said that children replied well to even questions of higher level in the contest.
 
 Winner Udbhav said that he had interest in ozone depletion and Shivam Chauriwar has interest in study in innovations in environment protection. Other participants also showed keen interest in wild life, environment etc. subjects.
