MoS Arya Reviews Activities of G.A.D.
Bhopal: A photo based gradation list of officers serving in secretariat will be prepared similar to the officers of State and Indian Administrative Services. Their old file and confidential reports will also be digitised. Minister of State for General Administration Lal Singh Arya reviewed activities of General Administration Department at Secretariat today. It was informed in the meeting that 8 officers of secretariat service are being sent to institute of Panchgani for training.
Directives to Hold Regional Training Soon for Grade III Employees
Arya reviewing the activities of Department mentioned that regional training of grade III employees should be conducted soon. Moreover, a presentation on points included in the vision document of the department beside innovations should be prepared. Comparative status should be reflected in the activities of the department. He further mentioned that questions in MPPSC examination should be prepared taking suggestions from subject experts. Wrong questions should not be included in examination in any circumstances. It was informed that the commission has already initiated action in the direction of e-office.
Strengthening of CIT
MoS Arya deliberated on the status of Madhya Pradesh Bhavan and Madhyanchal located at Delhi and Madhya-Lok located in Mumbai. It was informed that Madhya Pradesh bhavan will be constructed on new and big land. V.I.P. rooms will be upgraded in Madhyanchal, it will be expanded on nearby land. Moreover, Arya apprised himself about the updated status as regarding beginning of mobile laboratory of Chief Technical Examiner Office and told for strengthening of the institution.
Principal Secretary General Administration Smt. Seema Sharma, DGP Lokayukt Anil Kumar, DGP E.O.W. Vijay Yadav, Member Public Service Commission Smt. Renu Pant, Deputy Residential Commissioner R.K. Mishra and other Senior Officers were present in the meeting.-WTN
