Narmada Seva Yatris to be honoured at CM House on May 31

Seva Yatra Dhwaj installed at Ramghat in Amarkantak 

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the Yatris continuously joining the 148-day old “Namami Devi Narmade” – Seva Yatra that began on December 11, 2016 from Amarkantak would be honoured on May 31 at the CM House, Bhopal. Chouhan expressed gratitude to the seers, Seva Yatris and Jan-Abhiyan Parishad on the success of the Seva Yatra at Amarkantak.

Chief Minister along with his wife installed the holy Seva Yatra dhwaj at Ramghat of Amarkantak on the completion of Seva Yatra. Chouhan also unveiled the inauguration Smriti-Patal and completion Smriti-Patal of the Seva Yatra. He said that the Yatris and Parikramavasis of the 5-month long Yatra have become a family. The work of Seva Yatra will continue till the last breath. Chouhan said that the holy dhwaj has become supernatural with the touch of lakhs of people and the people’s penance. This dhwaj will inspire people for years to come. He said that the permanent Yatris of Narmada Seva Yatra will be included in Narmada Seva Mission. Special programme will be organized at Amarkantak on Narmada Jayanti.
Kalash installed at Maa Narmada temple

Chief Minister Chouhan and his wife Smt. Sadhana Singh got the kalash installed traditionally after puja-archana at the temple premises situated in Narmada origin spot.

Meets Seva Yatris and seers

Chief Minister Chouhan met and honoured the Narmada Seva Yatris and seers at Mahamrityunjay Ashram. He also took snacks with the Seva Yatris and seers.
