Now June 6 deadline for admissions in class first in private school without fee

Admissions to be given on June 9 through online lottery 

Bhopal: Deadline for submission of application for admissions in class first without fee in private schools under Right to Education Act has been increased to June 6. The deadline was May 31 earlier. Decision was taken to increase deadline because of technical snag in NIC server for four-five days.
 
Applications without fee for admissions in private schools in class first have been made available in concerned Jan Shiksha Kendra, BRC, BEO, district education officer and Jila Shiksha Kendra office. Along with this, application forms are available on RTE portal, www, educationportal.mp.gov.in/RtePortal. Around two lakh applications have been received for four lakh seats in 22 thousand private schools in the state till May 31.

 Applicants can submit applications through online process by June 6. Applicant can get registered online in prescribed form by logging in on portal in the online process. One document related with eligibility has to be uploaded with the form.

Applicant can secure computer generated copy from the portal. Online applications can be submitted through facility desk. Applications registered and locked on the portal will be included in lottery only. Students will be allotted seats in schools through online lottery by NIC on June 9 by adopting randomisation process in transparent manner through centralised system. Information regarding allotted seat will be given to application through SMS on his registered mobile number. List will be available on the portal.

 Information regarding school allotment will be available on notice board of non-government school and BRC office. Students will have to visit BRC office of concerned development block between June 12 and 24 with all documents for admissions after allotment through random process.
