Chinese shares open lower
Beijing June 1 (IANS) Chinese stocks opened lower on Thursday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.28 per cent to open at 3 108.42 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.31 per cent lower at 9 833.83 Xinhua news agency reported.
The ChiNext Index China s NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises was down 0.34 per cent at 1 757.8.
