Watermelon-Basil Lime Cooler Chunks

2 cup ripe watermelon chunks
4 large basil leaves, torn into pieces, plus additional for garnish
8 oz (1 can) Natural sparkling water Lime flavor
Lime wedge, for garnish
Using an immersion blender or a potato masher, puree the watermelon until completely smooth.
Pour the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds. Measure out 1/2 cup of the watermelon juice.
Fill a highball glass with ice, sprinkling in the torn up basil leaves as you fill. Pour over the watermelon juice.
Pour in the LaCroix and gently stir to mix. Garnish with basil and lime.
