The British Council, the Indian High Commission and the UK government launched the UK-India Year of Culture, a celebration of the long-standing relationship between the two countries.As this year's celebration begins, Queen Elizabeth, Prince William and Princess Kate hosted a reception. UK-India Year of Culture — and it was filled with lots of color and a few famous faces.
