Gujarat Bans advert featured, Sunny Leony for Manforce Brand ahead of Navratri!
A popular man force brand ahead of the festival of Nine-days, Navratri faced ban in the state after the protest form the people. The advert which featured Sunny has been pulled down reports BBC.
Just before the kicking off the festival, The Gujrat state witnessed massive raise of Billboards across the city, advertising the man force brand featuring Bollywood star Sunny Leone. Sunny is the brand ambassador for the brand which is the leading condom seller in India. The local opposed the time of selection by the company, and many took the SM with a storm to reflex the rage.
The Confederation of All India Trad had logged a complaint about the above matter as they stated: "This is an irresponsible and immature attempt to boost sales by putting all our cultural values at stake," the organization said in a petition to Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan. "Navratri is a pious festival which symbolizes the strength of women and linking condoms with the festival is highly objectionable."-Window To News
