Rajgira Poori - Fried/Baked - Navratri Special

Ingredients:
2 cups - Rajgira flour
2-3 - Potato, boiled
Rock salt to taste
Oil

Method:
In a bowl peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
Add rajgira atta and rocksalt, Mix well.
Use water as per need to knead the dough.
The dough should not be sticky. keep aside covered for 20 minutes.
Make medium sized pooris, neither thin nor thick
Heat oil in a wok and fry them in hot oil.
Drain the rajgira pooris on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve rajgira ki pooris hot with any curry.

Note: If you dont want to deep fry the pooris then baked it by following the below mention procedure :
Arrange the pooris on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 10 minutes.
