Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:
200 gm - wheat flour
1 cup - boiled potatoes
1 - onion , chopped
1 tsp - green chilli , chopped
1 tsp - roasted cumin seeds, and black pepper powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil/Butter/Ghee

Method:
In a bowl mix wheat flour, salt , 2 tbsp warm oil, and salt
Knead a smooth dough and keep aside.
In another bowl combine boiled potatoes,chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds and black pepper powder and salt.
Mix all ingredients properly.
Divide the dough and roll lightly, in the middle stuff with potatoes filling and cover it from all side and roll again and make parathas.
Heat tawa and place rolled paratha and cook for a minutes with oil from both side.
Then grease paratha with oil and cook well from both side.
Transfer to a plate and put butter on the top, if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy!!
