Man tries to kiss journalist , yet another episode in the World Cup of sexism

June 26 (WTN)- Brazilian reporter Julia Guimarães was live on air in Yekaterinburg, Russia, when she was forced to dodge an attempted kiss by an unidentified man. Guimarães demanded that he showed respect and told him to “Never again do this to a woman. It’s not right. Respect.”
It was only few days back that a journalist from Columbia reporting the FIFA World Cup in Russia for a German news channel was kissed by a football enthusiast on live TV. Even after this incident, the reporter continued to the coverage.
