Should Sanjay Dutt have acted in his biopic “Sanju” ?

June 26 (WTN)- Upcoming movie Sanju is drawing lot of media attention and pubic interest. Ranbir Kapoor is receiving lot of praise for his portrayal of Sanjay Dutt in the biopic. In trailors, Ranbir is look-alike of Sanjay Dutt.
The film is set to be released on 29 June , as the release date of ‘Sanju’ inches closer to its release, the excitement around the film is only increasing and the audience has already started booking tickets to the big opening.
Salman Khan was of opinion that Sanjay Dutt should have acted himself in the last 7-8 years of his life in the film. Salman felt that Sanjay would have done a better job, as no one could do it better than him.
Ranbir Kapoor reacted in media interaction, "It has never happened that a person played himself in his own biopic. This destroys the effect of a character. I knew that I will be compared to Sanjay Dutt and that is why I have tried my best to do justice to his role.
Still, question definitely remains - Would the movie be better if Sanjay would have acted himself?
