WTN- On Akbar’s birth anniversary on October 15, 2018, the CM of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, declared that the name of the city of Allahabad would be changed to Prayagraj.
With the Chief Minister Adityanath cabinet approved the name Prayagraj for Allahabad, built by Mughal emperor Akbar in 1575 as "Illahabad" or "abode of God", social media burst into funny reactions.
