Rohit Shetty becomes first Bollywood director to deliver eight above Rs 100 crore hits

WTN- Simmba' s box-office collection has crossed 100 crores. Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer movie and Rohit Shetty directorial venture has done it again. Simmba is another feather in cap for Rohit as he is now undoubtedly the most successful director in annals of history of Bollywood.
Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again, Dilwale, Singham Returns, Bol Bachchan, Singham , Chennai Express , Golmaal 3 have all crossed 100 crores mark. Rohit directed his debut feature film, Zameen, with Devgn in 2003. Zameen did average business at the boxoffice. Rohit rose to fame after he directed the 2006 comedy film, Golmaal: Fun Unlimited. Since then it was no looking back for him.
