OMG, this is shocking, Johnson & Johnson Baby Talc has to pay $417 million as compensatory damage!

This is shocking, however, ture that Johnson & Johnson Baby Talc Causes Ovarian Cancer on long term use. The fact accepted by the Court of US law, the Los Angeles jury has given a ruling in favour of a 63-year-old Eva Echeverria, who was an MR(Medical Receptionist) in the company itself and was using the company’s baby product from decades. Till date, this is the largest amount of compensation the company has to pay to an individual over ties between ovarian cancer and talc powder. 

The fight of Eva is not for self-tells her lawyer however for the other women, she wants to utilize the money for other women’s safety when she leaves. Eva is too sick to talk and her lawyer has given this detail to the New York’s time in an interview. 

Eva has been an insider in the company,  provided the documents which according to the lawyer-Mr Robinson, shows the jury that Johnson & Johnson knew about the risks of talc and ovarian cancer, However they do not issue the warning labels on its baby powder products.-Window To News
